Being an "A.C.E. Fitness" certified personal fitness instructor. 

Joe is skilled in nutrition, weight loss and physical fitness.  His personalized programs are what make the difference in individuals results and success.

Joe practices what he preaches.  Running is a big part of his daily routine.  Joe continues to compete in marathons across the country.

The latest being the ING New York City Marathon held on November 6th, 2011. He finished in the top 10% with a personal best time of 3:28:05!

Joe is also a member of the U.S. Chef's Ski Team
